How can I cancel my Patchwork Playground subscription?

  • Login to your account at https://www.skool.com/patchwork-playground
  • Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Select Communities from the left.
  • Look for Patchwork Playground in the list and click on Membership.
  • In the window that opens, click Leave This Group.
  • Confirm your decision by clicking Leave This Group again.

  

Return Policy:

All digital pattern sales are final. However, if there are any issues with your order please email me and I will be happy to help.

If you can't find your pattern downloads, please check your spam or promotions folder. 

 

Are your patterns available internationally?

Yes, all patterns can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world.

 

Do you offer tracking on shipped orders?

Yes, physical orders are sent with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.
